Mary-Kate Olsen still refusing to talk to police about Heath Ledger

Mary-Kate Olsen is still reportedly refusing to be interviewed over Heath Ledger’s accidental drug overdose, unless she receives immunity from prosecution.

I have to wonder what exactly she knows, because you don’t hear of people asking for immunity unless they’ve done something wrong….right?

According to the New York Post, she refuses to speak and her lawyer claims she won’t be interviewed “unless she gets immunity, exercising her constitutional rights.”

Christina Applegate diagnosed with breast cancer

A rep for Christina Applegate has confirmed that the actress has been diagnosed with an early form of breast cancer. He said that because they caught it in it’s early stages, that the cancer is not life threatening.

They say that she’s following the recommended treatment by her doctors and should make a full recovery.

Snoop Dogg’s peeps popped for pot possession

Two members of Snoop Dogg’s entourage were popped for marijuana possession yesterday in Texas, after state troopers smelled pot during a routine traffic stop.

Snoop’s manager has confirmed that he was not among those arrested. She says, “Snoop continues to enjoy touring with 311 on the Unity Tour.”

The authorities pulled the tour bus over on Route 45 in Corsicana, where they were on their way to Dallas, for a possible expired registration. It was then the police detected the smell of the marijuana. They found two ounces of pot and the two offenders admitted it was theirs.

Why would they implicate Snoop? Right?

Both sides claim victory in Rob Lowe case

In an interesting turn of events, the judge in the Rob Lowe/Nanny sexual harrassment case, both sides are claiming victory, for now.

For Gibson, the judge ruled that Lowe could not pursue his defamation claims against her because the 24-year-old former nanny is protected under laws allowing people to protest alleged workplace conditions. Three other claims also were tossed.

But for Lowe’s side the judge threw out Gibson’s claim that the actor retaliated against her. Previously, the judge dismissed two of Gibson’s other claims against Lowe.

Jessica Gibson’s lawyer is calling it a “huge victory”, saying that they look forward to continuing with the charges against the Lowes.

Rob and his wife’s attorney said that they didn’t lose anything today. Their mouthpiece says, “I’m delighted with the dismissal we won, and in essence, our lawsuit against Gibson remains totally intact.”

Hulk says Nick is a better man for spending time in jail

Say what?

According to Hulk Hogan, Nick is a better man for the time that he’s spending in jail.

We all thought that Nick would have it harder when he was moved to the adult jail, but just the opposite is happening. Pee wee jail was locked up tight where Nick had to spend time segregated from the rest of the jail’s population. Now, he’s spending time with guys who haven’t paid parking tickets or their child support.

He says it’s the best birthday he’s had in a long time.

Hulk says, “He was moving through life and maybe not real appreciative of things,” Hogan says. “When this happened, it totally spun him in a 180. … It’s the best thing that ever happened to him. I’m not saying it’s a good thing. But it happened for a reason.”

Yes, retard, it happened for a reason! His best friend is a vegetable because he drove drunk. Duh!

Shia LaBeouf urged by MADD to put breathalyzer device in his vehicles

M.A.D.D. is fired up mad about Shia LaBeouf getting a DUI.

So much, that they are urging the actor to put breathalyzer devices in all of his vehicles. He was arrested after being cited for drunk driving on Sunday. He injured his hand in the accident, which, to his benefit, he did not cause.

A M.A.D.D. spokesperson says, “We hope Mr. LaBeouf will voluntarily use the opportunity of his DUI arrest to educate his fans - and the country - about this life-saving device by installing the device on his vehicles.”

I think all celebrities should be wise enough to either hire a driver or just call a cab…but that’s just me

Selena Gomez says people want her to fight with Miley Cyrus

Selena Gomez must be dismissing the Youtube rant that Miley and her friend put on recently, because she’s saying that “there’s nothing to talk about.” Miley really mocked Selena and Demi pretty badly, but I guess Selena isn’t going to let it get to her.

Besides, this isn’t High School, is it?

I still think Miley should’ve really apologized to Selena and Demi, but that’s just my opinion. Selena says the clip “is just the media wanting something to talk about and wanting us to fight.” Nope, I’m pretty sure that was Miley wanting you to fight.

She adds, “Everywhere you go, you’re hearing things that are untrue. You just got to learn that if I don’t say it, physically out of my mouth on camera, it’s not true.”

Khloe Kardashian is giving Shia LaBeouf DUI advice?

Khloe Kardashian has dished out this little nugget of wisdom to Transformers star Shia LaBeouf:

“Just be smarter. Think about your actions and get a driver! It’s so much cheaper in the long run!”

Yeah because she knows so much about getting DUIs and how much fun jail isn’t. She’d know, she spent a whole 173 minutes there. And I’m sure it was pure torture for the poor girl.

Joe Francis files lawsuit against his former accountant

Girls Gone Wild founder Joe Francis has filed a lawsuit against his former accountant, accusing him of mishandling company tax reports.

Francis alleges his former CPA messed up his firm Mantra Films, Inc’s books. He claims that the accountant, Michael Barrett, failed to alert him to tax issues and alledges he breached a duty of loyalty by not doing so.

Francis also claims that Barrett was desperate to claim a $10 million reward from the IRS, despite being responsive for preparing, filing, and signing tax returns.

He’s seeking an unspecified amount in damages.

Even if he’s right, I still think this guy is a total idiot.
