Yes, her dad was there. Want proof? She was sprawled across him in one of the photos. Miley Cyrus was made to apologize by Disney and Annie Leibovitz said that the photos were misinterpreted.

I think there’s only one way to interpret half-naked photos of a 15-year-old….it sounds like pedophilia-light to me.
