Ike Turner’s death caused by cocaine overdose
The San Diego County Coroner is calling Ike Turner’s death accidental due to a cocaine overdose. The Chief Investigator at the Medical Examiner’s Office, Paul Parker, said that they are listing that he abused cocaine and that’s what resulted in the cocaine toxicity.
Ike died at his San Marcos home on December 12th.
I’m going to tarnish this announcement by saying the only memory that I have of Ike Turner was Laurence Fishburne. Or even better, in the movie Liar Liar, where Jim Carey said, “Do you think Tina Turner turned around and said, ‘Hit me again, Ike! And this time put some stang on it!’”
Evil, I know.

I always thought Tina sounded her best when she was with Ike.

Ike was mean to Tina, though, so I’m glad she got out of that relationship.
