Other driver in Nick Hogan crash sentenced
The driver who witnesses said was racing with Nick Hogan, Daniel Jacobs, was sentenced in a Florida court, yesterday.
Jacobs was driving a silver Dodge Viper owned by Hulk Hogan on August 26th. That’s the kicker, it was Hulk Hogan’s car.
Nick Hogan was driving his yellow Supra when he lost control and hit a palm tree. His passenger, and friend, John Graziano, was seriously injured in the crash and is still in a coma, suffering from permanent brain damage.
Jacobs has admitted that he was driving Hogan’s Viper, but denied any racing. The judge in the case sentenced Jacobs to 90 days probation and ordered him to serve 25 hours of community service. He has also gotten his license taken away for 90 days and has to pay a $500 fine.
I hope his community service involves candy striping in a hospital for patients that are in a coma or have some terminal disease.
