The battle for Britney’s estate begins today
Britney Spears’ stay in the UCLA Medical Center has been extended for an extra 14 days. Today, her family goes up against her attorneys at Trope & Trope to fight the Friday ruling that named her father, Jamie Spears as conservator of her estate.
It was said that Lynne could’ve been named as conservator over Britney’s estate, but she has a hard time saying no to Britney.
Britney’s lawyers will say that she has nothing but hatred for her father and that hatred has been consistent over time. It doesn’t help Britney’s case that she asked for both of her parents to be at her bedside at the hospital, though.
Sources say that Trope & Trope will not object to a new conservator. I’m sure that all parties would be happy with that, just as long as it’s not Sam Lutfi.
