The Britney Spears update
Britney Spears was hospitalized again last night for another 72 hour “5150″ hold, at UCLA Medical Center. Lynne Spears had this intervention thought out ahead of time. Upon Britney’s last hospitalization, she put her manager, Sam Lutfi, in charge of her medical affairs. Only God knows why she did that, maybe she felt like she could trust him?
When Britney was taken to the hospital this morning, Sam was seen outside of the facility, trying to gain access to Britney. It’s being reported that Lynne Spears has denied Sam visitation rights.
Sam has said that he is tired of being viewed as the bad guy and is going to go public in his own defense.
Fast forward to now….. Sam Lutfi has said in a recent statement that Lynne Spears is not a person who cares about her daughter and that she’s only concerned with herself.
Apparently, those two aren’t getting along….but they might need to come together to work out a reasonable solution to helping Britney. Maybe by interjecting and not allowing Sam access to Britney, Lynne might be pushing herself further away from her own daughter. I believe that Britney really trusts Sam a great deal, so Lynne may have to grin and bear it with Sam, for Britney’s sake.
